FAQ’S

1. Who is your typical Member?

   Our typical Member is accomplished, well groomed, well traveled, and intelligent. They are typically on dating apps, not having the best of luck, and looking for an easier go. They are time poor, but want to enjoy the company of worthwhile women whether in a casual or long term relationship. They have their “ducks in a row,” are educated, passionate about their life, and have done “the work” to become self-aware and are dedicated to self-growth.

2. What is your success rate? How do you measure success?

   This is a tricky question, but we felt we had to address it because it comes up so often. To have a completely accurate success rate, the agency would have to track every single Member indefinitely. However, it can be helpful to ask how we measure success. The Nova Club measures success by how many first dates lead to second dates, how many Members enjoy casual arrangements and for how long, how many engagements and marriages have taken place, and how many of those marriages have stayed together. These are our stats: 90% of first dates lead to second dates (this is the easiest statistic to measure), and all of our married couples are still together to this day. Our longest running “casual” dater has been with the agency for 3 years. We are very proud of our statistics.

3. Do you guarantee Introductions? How long do I have to wait before I meet my first Candidate?

   We guarantee introductions, but can not guarantee the outcome leading to love, marriage, or continued interest from either party. That is in your hands. Based on what you are looking for, your contract will state the general length of time between agreement signing and your first match. Sometimes that is within 1-4 weeks, other times there is a waiting period of 1-3 months because we need to broaden our search for a specific “ask” from a Member. You can go to a bar and pick up a date for tomorrow yourself. Being a part of The Nova Club means measuring twice to only cut once, and that takes time.

4.  How often will I have Introductions, and is there a feedback process?

   Ideally, with any introduction service you should receive a minimum of one match per month after your intake is complete. We aim for two, but it can vary depending on your list of requirements. A quality match is someone that falls within the search parameters discussed during your intake. Please remember, this is not speed dating, this is a custom service combing the pool of Candidates for your ideal introductions. After each introduction you provide feedback to your specialist so they can chart your needs, or what direction to head in on the next round.

5. Are there any opportunities for Nova Club members to meet socially, like mixers?

   Yes, we host quarterly mixers at private homes in the DC/VA/MD area. We invite all active Members and Candidates available to come, mingle, and enjoy the evening. If you make a connection during our mixers, you can let your specialist know and we will track the progress.

6. Do you ever disclose my information to anyone?

   We have been providing this service for the last 9 years, and never once has a Member been made public. Our Candidates sign non-disclosure agreements and every specialist does too. Your privacy and anonymity is our top priority.
