SCREENING PROCESS

Women accepted to The Nova Club have to complete a rigorous screening and interview process. Our standard review of Candidates includes criminal background check, education and employment verification, as well as age validation. In addition to rank and file, we also require each Candidate go through a therapist led interview where we can explore the “psyche” of the Candidate. First and foremost we want to understand their their upbringing (how they were raised) which always plays a role in how someone shows up in the relationship. Second, timing, where that person is in their life and what they hope to get out of this experience. Third, energy, what is that feeling you get when you are in their presence?

We also care about how two people look together so we ask Candidates about their beauty and fashion routines, health, diet, and lifestyle choices. We find this additional level of due diligence critical in pairing our Members with the right introduction Candidates.

After all, the apps can’t dig as deeply as humans can.
